Cindra (シンドラ Shindora) is the current interim nurse of Death Weapon Meister Academy, she is noted as the Demon Needle (魔針 Mahari) and her meister is her boss Rafela Shelley, she is a possible Autonomous Weapon, who's weapon form is a syringe.

Demon Needle (魔針 Mahari): Cindra, as a Demon Weapon, possesses the ability to transform parts of her body, or her entire body into a weapon. Cindra is revered as the "Demon Needle", as he weapon form is an oversized Syringe. She is rarely ever used by her meister but she has shown being able to transform her hand and forearm into an oversized syringe with a long needle and she has also shown that she can morph her torso into the cylindrical portion of a syringe, she states that the healing liquid within her container can be regurgitated if necessary.
- Healing Blood: With her weapon form being a syringe, and her status as a nurse, Cindra's blood is loaded with the green, healing liquid held within it's cylindrical container. Her blood has been shown to heal large wounds and make scars fade away within several minutes of contact.
Autonomous Weapon: Due to the general lack of a meister partner for Cindra, she has adapted and honed her combat skills so that she can still fight against others. She has shown using her needle hand to pierce a target and she has also transmuted her elbows, knees, feet and hands into the plunger portion of the syringe, acting as a hammer-like attack.
Medical Expertise: Cindra acts as Shibusen's current nurse, she is knowledgable in many medical conditions and treatments. Her weapon form and abilities are also affiliated with her medical theme.
