Appearance

She has tanned skin, wide periwinkle blue eyes, dark red hair styled with blunt-cut bangs and part of her hair in a side ponytail, the rest reaching just past her neck. Her body type is designed to be an exaggerated pear shape, with people jokingly speculating most of her weight is on her bottom half.

Her normal outfit consists of a short black a-line dress that has poofy sleeves and a chelsea collar with knee high boots, under-cover stockings, and two braided leather bracelets on her left hand. She always wears gray square-frame glasses.

Cecillia is noted to have a collection of scars on both shins, which are from a bicycle accident in which she rolled profusely.

Personality

Cecelia is playful, stubborn, and silly. She enjoys joking around with friends, and is a firm believer in the saying "a laugh is infectious". Many people come to her just for a laugh, or for someone to vent their feelings with if they were having a bad day.
